Refund Eligibility for Online GP Consultations

Online video consultation appointments are subject to the following conditions:

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment start time.

  • Patients will be charged in full for any consultations cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment start time.

  • If a consultation is booked for the same date or within 12 hours of the purchase, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Patients can cancel an online video consultation themselves. However, all requests to reschedule must currently be made by emailing info@traveldoctoreu.com.

  • Refunds, if applicable, can only be processed to the original credit or debit card and may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect.

  3. Request for Additional Information:

    • If the doctor has requested further information from you to proceed with your case, this signifies the case has been reviewed, and cancellations cannot be made.

  4. Completion of Service Review:

    • Once the doctor has made an attempt to review or complete your service request, cancellation rights cease to apply.

    • This applies irrespective of the service outcome, whether it involves approval, rejection, advice for better health, referral for further treatment, or the next plan of action.
